
Returns Policy:
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you are unhappy with any non-perishable items, simply contact us at support@99pshopper.com. Once we have received the items back we will authorise a full refund this must be in the original packaging within 14 days of despatch and we will give you a refund on those products or replace the item.
Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety regulations, we can’t accept returns for any products from the Food & Drink Categories unless they are faulty.
Your refund or exchange will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that has not been returned in a condition suitable for resale - undamaged and in their original packaging and with the labels intact. This does not affect your statutory rights
